IS THERE FINANCIAL AID?
As we don’t have a big enough student body yet that can support offering scholarships, we sadly cannot offer that option at this moment in time – however please feel free to contact us if you have any questions or doubts as we don't want money to be the only thing keeping you from coming to the school.

There are no hidden fees. However, since you’ll be with us for at least 5 months, you might want to go for coffee every now and then or buy that jacket you’ve been looking for – those are the things you’ll have to pay for yourself. £5 - £10 will be enough for laundry each week, buying essentials such as toiletries and going to see a movie for example.

WHAT EXPECTATIONS WILL MEET ME AT THE SCHOOL?
Lets be real - this could be a huge list of what we'd like you to behave like. Lots of 'dos and don'ts. And while we do seek to represent Christ fully in our words and actions - all that is born out of a godly character - understanding that we're loved and we can live loving and valuing others. That's why we expect you to participate fully in the life of the school and be open about any difficulties or struggles you may have. If you need a little help on the way, we will come alongside you, to help you draw the best out in you, sometimes even with loving confrontation. To be eligible to receive a Certificate of Completion, students must meet the following criteria: 1. Satisfactorily complete course requirements (reading 4-5 Books while in school and write book reports, etc). 2. Active participation in outreach and church life. 3. Class attendance requirements fulfilled …that doesn't sound like too much now, does it?!

We will visit several churches to minister and we will go on one mission trip towards the end of the school term. The destination will vary from year to year.

WILL SOMEONE PICK ME UP FROM THE AIRPORT?
If you let us know soon enough in advance we might be able to sort you out with a lift. However, we cannot guarantee that. A taxi from the airport to the student house is approx. £20.

WILL I NEED HEALTH INSURANCE?
If you are European, the NHS is free for you, that means as soon as you’re in the UK, you’ll be covered. However you might want extra coverage and choose to get insured privately. However, you will still need travel insurance if we have an overseas outreach.
